Raffle Terms and Conditions
1. By entering the raffle you are agreeing to these raffle terms and conditions.
2. The raffle is being run by Cheesecake Clothing.
Eligibility to enter
3. The raffle is open to entrants over 18 years of age
4. In entering the raffle, you confirm that you are eligible to do so.
5. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
6. The raffle is £5 to enter.
How to enter
7. Cheesecake clothing will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
8.To enter the raffle simply fill out the form when visiting us at our stall at the event stated at the top of the raffle information page.
9. A minimum of 25 tickets must be sold at the event in order for the raffle to be drawn. if the minimum is not reached all tickets will be valid at the next event Cheesecake clothing attends and entrants will be made aware via email.
10. The winner will be drawn at random.
The prize
The prize will be one Polka Dot Dreaming dress with a choice of size to fit 8-26uk.
11. Cheesecake clothing's use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of
such brands.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
13. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
14. The decision of Cheesecake Clothing regarding any aspect of the raffle draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
Winner announcement
15. The winner will be notified via the email or telephone provided during sign up.
16. Cheesecake Clothing will attempt to contact the winner by email and telephone up to two times.
17. If the winner does not respond to the emails telephone calls notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second email and telephone call, they will lose their right to the prize, and Cheesecake Clothing reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
18. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.
19. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the raffle being used by Cheesecake Clothing for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
20. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at info@cheesecakeclothing.com
21. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and town of residence, to any other raffle participants if requested via Cheesecake Clothing.
22. An announcement of the winners first name and town of residence will be made via Cheesecake clothing's website and social media pages.
23. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Cheesecakes Clothing's Privacy Notice.
Limitation of Liability
24. Cheesecake Clothing does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the raffle or being selected for a prize, save that Cheesecake Clothing does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
25. Cheesecake clothing does not provide any form of practical or IT support for this prize. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
General
26.Cheesecake clothing reserves the right to cancel the raffle or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
27. The raffle and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
